When construction permits are obtained from Pima County, the Development Services Department will review the plans and issue building permits. Builders will be instructed by them to "Check with your local fire district to inquire about other requirements that they may have." Please contact Fire Chief Brian Delfs at 520-822-1086 to inquire whether you will be required to submit plans for fire district review. Please check your property tax statements to ensure that you are contacting the correct fire district. Other fire districts may have different requirements.
